The Hanover Thunder organization is made up of 2 competitive girls fastpitch softball teams… Hanover Thunder Red, a 14U team, is managed by David Whitlock. The team has been together for a little over 2 years and been very successful. In 2005, they won 2 tournaments and won an incredible 4 out of 10 tournaments entered last year (2006)… Hanover Thunder Blue, a 12U team, managed by Mark Berry has been equally successful. Thunder Blue team won 3 of 4 tournaments in 2005 (10U) and added another 3 tournament championships in 2006.
The Hanover Thunder organization is proud to be sponsored by the Richmond East Moose (Lodge 1947). The support of the Moose has been an integral part of the success of Hanover Thunder. The Thunder family appreciates the opportunity to promote “better places in which to live and raise families” just like the Moose.
