Pool Play (3-0)
Game 1: Thunder 11, River City Riot 0 (4 innings) Thunder opened game with 4 runs in the 1st highlighted by a Shawna K double. Shannon A and Shelby W both pitched 2 innings, allowing no runs and only 2 hits. Shannon A (4 RBI, RS) and Megan I (RBI, RS) led the Thunder sticks with 2 hits each.
Game 2: Thunder 6, Riptides 3 (7 innings) The Thunder scored 3 runs early (1st inning) and battled for 7 innings to earn the win. Lindsey N, Shelby W, and Taylor S combined for a key double play in the 2nd inning — right field to 3rd base to 2nd base. Shannon A pitched a strong 7 innings and also had 2 hits for the Thunder (double, 2 RBI). Taylor S was 3 for 3 with 2 runs-scored.
Game 3: Thunder 13, Midlothian Crush 1 (3 innings) Lindsey N pitched 3 solid innings, allowing only 1 hit — the Thunder sent 15 batters to the plate in the 1st inning to put things away early, scoring 10 runs. Taylor S, Shannon A, and Lindsey N each had 2 hits in the game.

Gold Bracket—Quarter-final... Game 4: Thunder 3, Skyliners 0 (7 innings) Again scoring early—2 runs in the 1st inning, the Thunder, behind the strong pitching of Shannon A (shutout, 2 hits, 5 strike-outs) outdueled the Skyliners to advance to the Quarter-final. The Thunder got 2 hits each from Shelby W, Shannon A, and Lindsey N.
Gold Bracket—Semi-final... Game 6: Thunder 4, RBI Inferno Gold 6 (7 innings) After a spectacular line-drive catch in left-field by Courtney D to shut-down the Inferno in the top of the 1st, the Thunder jumped ahead 3-0 in the bottom of the 1st on the power a Shawna K home run blast. The Inferno battled back to score 1 in the 2nd and plated 5 in the 4th to take a 6-3 lead. The Thunder cut it to 6-4 with a Taylor S run in the bottom of the 3rd, but could not close the gap any further.
