HANOVER THUNDER 12U Wins Gold!

The Hanover Thunder 12U girl's fastpitch softball team 

finished in first place in the seven team Tappahannock 

End of Summer Blowout tournament. The Hanover Thunder won 

all five of their games outscoring opponents 54 - 11. 



The Hanover Thunder is comprised of ten girls who play 

at Mechanicsville Little League and attend Stonewall 

Jackson Middle School and one girl from Essex. This was 

their first tournament together as a team. Special thanks

Hanover County was well represented with girls from all 

four county middle schools on the various teams. 

Fastpitch softball is alive and doing well in 

Hanover County!
